Warranty and Support Products sold by us may carry manufacturer warranty as applicable. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer policies and timelines. Rental equipment is maintained by Orcon Tech Solutions, but misuse or mishandling voids any service support. 8. Liability Orcon Tech Solutions is not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages caused by product malfunction or downtime. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before using rented or purchased equipment. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction. 9.
